By registering for Pilgrims, you agree to observe and abide by the rules of conduct and policies outlined below. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in the immediate termination of your account and you will forfeit all access to the game. No refunds will be given.

Rules of Conduct

• Respect Other Players: You may not abuse, harass or threaten another player or authorized representative of Atmosphere Labs, including customer service personnel and volunteers.
• Language and Behavior: You may not use any abusive, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, harassing, harmful, hateful, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening or vulgar language.
• No Hate Groups: You may not organize nor be a member of any group within Pilgrims that is based on or advocates any anti-ethnic, anti-gay, anti-religious, racist, sexist or other hate-mongering philosophies.
• Role-Playing: While Pilgrims is an immersive game world, fantasy role-playing is encouraged. However, you may not engage in behavior that disrupts the game experience for others.

Gameplay and Account Rules

• Account Security: You will not share your account password with anyone. Infraction of this rule is done at your own risk.
• Bug Exploitation: You may not exploit any bug in Pilgrims to gain an unfair advantage over other players. You may not communicate the existence of any exploitable bug to others directly or through a public forum.
• Account Transfers: You will not attempt to transfer your account to another player without permission from Atmosphere Labs.

Miscellaneous Rules

• Age Restrictions: If you are below 18 years of age, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian before providing personal information required to create a Pilgrims account.
• No Encouragement of Rule-Breaking: You will not encourage others to break these rules or any rules set forth in relation to Pilgrims.

Changes to Game Mechanics and Rules

Atmosphere Labs may find it necessary on occasion to make changes to or reset certain parameters of the game world mechanics, interface or features of Pilgrims. These changes may affect or cause setbacks for your characters.

These rules may be revised at any time. It is your responsibility to review them occasionally to ensure that you are in compliance with the rules, policies and agreements designated by Atmosphere Labs.

Acknowledgement

• You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to these rules and will abide by them.
• You understand that termination of your account may result from failure to abide by these rules.
• You will forfeit any unused game time remaining at the time of termination.

You agree that these rules will apply to anyone that you grant permission to access your Pilgrims account or user information. You also acknowledge that you will be held personally responsible for the consequences (which can include account termination) that may result if any such person breaks the rules described herein.

By registering for Pilgrims, you agree to comply with the End User License Agreement. Failure to comply with the terms set forth can result in the immediate termination of your registration and the benefits thereof with no refunds.

By registering for Pilgrims, you also agree with the Pilgrims Privacy Policy.
